Student Support Services

Wendy Alfalah - Head of Student Support Services
I lead and coordinate comprehensive student support services, ensuring that English learners, struggling learners, and students with social-emotional needs receive the resources and guidance necessary for success. My work includes leading the Student Success Team process, interpreting and utilizing educational assessment data to support the development of targeted support plans, crisis response management, child protection, and counseling services.
As an advocate for all students, I work closely with families and teachers to create the conditions for growth—academically, socially, and emotionally. I am deeply committed to fostering parent engagement as a cornerstone of student achievement, recognizing that meaningful collaboration between home and school is essential. I remain dedicated to advancing school-wide initiatives that foster inclusion and deliver lasting, positive change for every learner.
