Bachelor degree in Secondary Education, Major in English. Prior teaching experience in Reading and Language Arts at the Middle school level.

Bachelor degree in Arabic Language. Prior teaching experience in all levels.

-Provides troubleshooting resolution and updating/upgrading of software to Staff and student

-Maintains staff and student computer peripheral equipment

-Liaises with external suppliers for the repair of equipment under warranty or maintenance contract

-Carry out routine computer, network and network equipment maintenance tasks.

-Hands on Helpdesk, Asset Management, AutoCAD and Microsoft products.

-Ability to troubleshoot different platforms (Google, Apple and Windows)

-Very good communication skills (English language is necessary)

Experience: 1 - 3 years

Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Computer Information System or any related field.
