Background: I am honored and thrilled to be able to start this exciting challenge as Head Coach of Real Madrid Foundation at AUS. 
A project that will be the instrument by which Real Madrid will be present in Kuwait to implement its methodology and develop its social and cultural awareness within the community. The main objective will be to promote our values through sport and education, teaching children the importance of commitment, responsibility and teamwork, which will be essential for their success in their future working life.
This is my first year in Kuwait and I am excited about the responsibility I have been given and the opportunity to start developing a specialized football program that is designed and tailored to each stage of the player's development.
I have over 20 years of experience training in Spain, China, Egypt, Lebanon, Dubai, USA and Singapore. 
I enjoy being able to give the players the key to opening the doors of learning through football and to show them the tools and skills they are able to use in the football field to be good footballers and better persons.
I feel fortunate to be given this opportunity and to be joining the AUS community

Background: It’s a pleasure for me to start this challenge as a Coach of Real Madrid Foundation at AUS.  I am a professional football coach, able to manage performance teams by leading and supporting them. Committed, enthusiastic and creative coach with strong decision-making power. Broad knowledge of football techniques and tactics, as well as sound knowledge of fitness and sports psychology. I have over eight years of experience training in a professional team in Spain, Kuwait and the United States.
I am excited to become a part of the AUS team and to be able to give players the best possible context for their development as players and as people.

Hometown: Montevideo, Uruguay.
Background: I come from a very small country located in South America, called Uruguay, where grate players like Fede Valverde, Diego Forlan and Luis Suarez were born. In this country we breathe Football.
I’ve been involved in this sport since I was born. I’ve been a player, fitness coach and coach. Worked with kids of all ages in different teams in my country. I also have experience in strength and conditioning gyms for athletes.
I’ve been a part of the Real Madrid Foundation for a year now, working at the academy in Uruguay. I decided to come to AUS to continue transmitting and sharing that passion that Uruguayans feel for soccer. 
I’m very excited to be here and sure we will have a lot of fun!
